Bad service

I ordered food from KFC Orange Grove on the 25th November 2019 and I found that they didn't add my two zinger wings which were part of the order. Today the 29th November I ordered food from KFC Kensington and my two coldrinks were not received. I called KFC customer care and they telling me I have to take this up with Ubereats. On what grounds as Ubereats is only a courier for them. I want all of these items as in yesterday!!!!!
