I am so disappointed with KFC (Tugela Ferry)

I walked in there today to purchase a meal and I was told the speed point isn't working. I didn’t have cash on me so I asked the lady to use the other speed point (drive thu) which was working. She responded by saying she would not be able to do so as it would take up too much of her time and that if I want to purchase, I should go and withdraw cash. Besides the fact that she could not go out of her way to assist me, it is her tone and manner in which she delivered her response, it was not polite, Id say more on the rude side.

It is not the first time I experience the very same issue with this KFC. I have also many a times received bad treatment from the staff at this KFC, most of them are usually quite rude to put it bluntly. I would understand if I were also a rude individual but it’s always unprovoked! They just always seem irritated, well ofcourse not every one of them but it has been ongoing and I usually choose to not say anything as I do not really want to get people into trouble at work.

They can do better seriously!
