Bad service

M not really happy with the service I got from KFC hazeldean. I went and bought a variety lunch box meal with a thigh piece and I specified that I wanted the hot and crispy, they gave me the normal one. On top of it I also topped up with a buddy coke which I was billed for but it was not included in my meals.so damn ****ed off
