Bad Service

Kfc bergbron has terrible service. ********* advertising. Over priced. One day I asked the lady to give me a plain ice cream but in a cup. They charge me for a complete sundae. I was disgusted. How do you charge someone for a sundae if I only ordered a plain ice cream cone to be put in a cup. Firstly the crunch burger is the size of my palm. And when ever I order I have missing items.
