Bad service

I ordered my food 15min prior going to collect and buy so additional items, when I get to the store 15min later I had to wait in a queue for 8 more minutes while nobody was attending to us which I even took a video of as the stuff was busy chattingand doing other stuff, and only to find d that my order hasn't even been prepared, they said it's sitting at the back office, I don't know what for.

Then the lady by the name of Ningi Buthelezi Decided to give me attitude as I requested for my online order, when she handed me the order, I requested that she give me a print out of my online order so that I can file it for my bookkeeper, she went to the manager's office and came back shouting "woza uzomtshela wena, mina angisangeni" I waited for another 3min asked the lady that, hey I requested for my slip and you never answered me, she said "ngithe ilngikubizele iManager when I walked across you" with a hasty attitude and which was a lie, I then requested for the manager myself, and asked for the slip my self from her, it wasn't a good service experience for me from the door till the end, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for the matter.
