I am writing how disappointed I am on the KFC in Bleomfontein

Recently I got vouchers from my bank as a birthday gift ,I used one voucher in Vaal mall I got assisted and I wanted to use my voucher in Bloemfontein,a lady by the name of Karabelo 74- was very rude barely didn’t listen 👂 to what I am saying to her ,I ended up not using my voucher and bought something I didn’t even want,I don’t understand why she was being so rude and mean towards me I didn’t even do anything to her ,imagine all the way from Vaal to Bloemfontein to be treated like trash 🗑️…I wonder if you train your staff …to give best care to customers she doesn’t deserve to be working with people she is ****** and rude to people . She just ruined my present my bank gave me I would never forget how she treated me .
