bad service

Wednesday 13/11/2019 at 9h30pm at Alex mall KFC the toilet was locked and we ask for the key i was personally told by Duncan the cashier that they cant find the key, then i asked t speak to the manager n he give me an excuse that he was in the back busy with something whiles he was just sitting in his office.In addition to make matters worse he gave attidude and refuse to serve us..I have pictures of them and he reuse to give us his name. my cell nr is ***, will await ur response regards Basie
