Bad service

I've realized that KFC in Ext 9 Ennerdale service has dropped very bad, you order your food and wait for long without anyone saying anything to you, the next best thing your order is wrong, their chicken is not ****ed, imagine driving for 20 minutes and you wait for 45 minutes to get the wrong order which is not ****ed, I wonder if the area or branch managers ever visit that shop, it doesn't matter if you order in the shop or do a drive-thru their service is BAD, I just came there and I've the food that I've ordered, just gave it to my dogs, I'm just annoyed. It doesn't matter if you voice out that you're their service is poor, or the chicken was not ****ed and or you were given the wrong food.
