Bad service

I went to KFC newcastle kzn they told me to go through the drive through to get whatever I needed came at the drive through the lady told me they are closed I drove away and saw they helped the car behind me but refused to help me after she said they have no chicken but she told me they closed! it's unfortunate that KFC employ such ppl that choose who they want and do not want to help
