Bad Service

I ordered online using the KFC app. I saw the 50/50 deal online exclusive and order. I waited for more than an hour for my meal . Status kept on saying pending. I went to the online support and enquired. I was assisted by Nomfundo. She took time to respond and the my order got canceled. They didn’t tell me why my order was canceled and she still no response. This is very unprofessional service from KFC. I’m a regular customer and really didn’t expect such I’m really disappointed.
