Bad Service

On Saturday I visited KFC in Eerste River, Cape Town. After we had our meal my kids asked for ice cream. I gave my son money to buy the ice cream. Ten minutes after placing his order he was still waiting for the ice cream. I asked the lady behind the counter, why they taking so long because the shop isn't busy. she asked for the slip, and rep**** with an attitude that we must just wait its coming. I was about to leave when the one lady told the other that I'm still waiting. She than gave us the ice cream, and one almost fell out cause she didn't put it in the holder properly. They didn't even give us serviettes. So to me this basically means that if you not buying a meal than you not important. I was really upset and I wont go to that KFC again, cause why must I be treated different.
