Bad service

It was lunch time rush hour. Only 1 till in operation. The staff are not getting their orders correctly while standing in a very long line waiting every single customer before me has incorrect orders. This is so frustrating & one only has a certain amount of time for lunch breaks. A very unpleasant experience. The cherry on the cake once I got back to the office & opened my dunked wings there was is a big piece of skin dipped in the sauce. I have taken a picture as well. This was at the N1 City -Value Centre Cape Town. Spoiled my entire lunch & loss my apertite.
