Bad Service by Nomfundo

I know that KFC Sandton always gives bad service but wow today they take the cup . Nomfundo who was working at the till point refused to help me try to pay with my card as i had difficulties at the kiosk . i told her that my card is declining and she sarcastically said its because my card has money mean while that was not the case . I even showed her that there's money on my card she just laughed and dismissed me and called another client . I was in a hurry and I could not request for the manager and i know that it would have been a waste of my time because the manager is as rude as the stuff . they drag their feet to do orders and its always chaotic. Please do something with KFC Sandton city stuff
