Bad service by KFC Nana

For the first time I am so unhappy with service received at KFC New Germany branch. The lady (Nana) was very rude and after I ordered I also ordered ice cream the cone she advised me they do not have cones . I went to steers whilst waiting for the order to buy the ice cream on my way back another customer from KFC has just been sold the ice cream I requested but I was told its unavailable. My order number is 164.
