Bad service bad taste

Bought wings not just any wings but zinger wings which are meant to be hot but sadly what I got was a shame no chilly no hotness nothing they looked burnt sent them back manager brought them back just changed the old packaging put the wings I brought back on hot oil then gave them back to me as they were KFC standard has really dropped KFC mhluzi mall have just lost one loyal customer poor poor service and bad tasting product
