Bad service, bad quality and bad attitude

We went to KFC key west Krugersdorp around 12 this morning. Firstly there was no personnel at the designated points, causing a backlog in the drive through lane as you had to order at the collection window.

When placing the order, the server had a bad attitude, they didn't have the the items they were advertising om the menu, such as Cravy for the mash and no creme soda. They did not offer an option for the fountain creamsoda, they were more interested in chatting with each other.

When we received the food, it was at such a poor quality that we couldn't even eat it. As the burger bun was burned, everything was cold and dry and the mash and gravy that forms part of my fully loaded box meal had no gravy.

I will never visit this KFC again as after numerous times of ordering there, the staff has never been helpful, and the food was never "finger likn good"
