Bad service, bad food quality

I ordered from you yesterday and had the worst experience.

I ordered via uber and I am still amazed at how you handled this situation, knowing very well the outburst will be directed to the peraon delivering food and not you.

I am trying to understand how you came to a decision of substituting Juice with water? Cos K would have picked water myself if I wanted it?. My breakie meal came with Water instead of a :@00y orange juice. No call or notice so that I am aware of this???? Or if theres any other option since you are out of stock..... Secondly, why sell dry ducked wings that tased like they were warmed up?

You literally had to search for the BBQ sauce. Because they were dry.... More like a bit of spray than dunked....I spent a whole R240 which felt more like a waste because of the service and poor quality food. This is not the first time I am getting good that's not in good quality but I've been letting it slide, I am tired of keeping quiet....

It is disappointing how you lack improvement on your client services.
