Bad service bad food

I bought two sweet chill twisters At kfc hook and bree street today. One regular meal @ 12:30. I waited close to 10 mins and I realised that those who bought after me had received their meals. I approached the staff and I asked if they can check if there is a problem with my order. After some few whispers between staff it became apparent that they had no 'paties' for my order. I was asked to give permission to use different kind of 'paties'. I asked that if I did not come to ask how long l was going to wait what was going to happen? I also said l don't know about 'paties' and all l wanted wanted was chill twisters. I proceeded to ask for my refund as l was also being late for work. Then one of the staff members reappeared and said they have 'found' some paties for me ...if only l can wait for four minutes. I waited and l regret. Each twister was very cold and one was oozing water/liquid kind like thing. I was given free chips as an apology...which l did not even dare eat.
