Bad service Bad food

After placing my usual Friday morning KFC breakfast order not only did I receive my order 2hrs30mins late but the chicken was absolutely drenched in oil. This was not the type of chicken normally received. It has a stench which resembled a rotting corpse. I remain absolutely gutted.
