Bad Service

Good day, I’m not happy with the service I received from KFC bloem (Zastron) We are standing on the queue to order at the counter and when we get there, they tell us they don’t accept cards we need to go order at kiosk, that time there is no one who guiding or informing customers so we do not wait and wait for nothing. Well we eventually went to the kiosk to order then one of my order included very berry crusher then I wait for my order and all to be told that they don’t have ice cream and again why all along they don’t say and why the machine did not grey out the option so I did not have to order it. Imagine all the time spent there and they are busy blaming someone who was suppose to be at kiosk helping us but we hear that person knocked off I mean what kind of service is that?
