Bad Service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at KFC Fountain Plaza at Protea Glen X31 today.

I had to wait for about an hour to receive my order, while customers using the drive-through were served within approximately 10 minutes. This situation was quite frustrating, and it felt as though customers dining in the restaurant were being overlooked in favor of those driving through. Additionally, I noticed that the manager seemed indifferent to the chaotic situation occurring in the store.

I believe that all customers should receive equal attention and service, regardless of how they choose to place their orders. I hope you can address this issue to improve the experience for future patrons.
