Bad Service

i went to buy a Zinger burger, and i asked the Lady how much is the double chrunch, and i was still at the ordering point, and the lady said to me, i cant change my order, since she has captured it already, and i said to her that is not possible, and she said even the manager can confirm that, and i asked if then i relieased that i dont have enough money, and i want to change my order, then what would happen, and i also told them that what they are saying is not possible and i just don't want continue with issue, and that this is not the first KFC i bought from, and the previous one they change the order, and the manager authorized. This is not the first Bad experience with this KFC and its getting to me now, they better change their attitude, people are looking for jobs KFC in Nelspruit CNR R538 & Kanyamazane
