Bad service

On monday i order 9 piece online for me, my wife and friends. It was my first time doing an order online. Then i went to watergate kfc to collect my order.

All the staff that was there was unproffesional and busy shouting at me. They even called police to chase me out. I felt like im a ********. Even worse infront of wife.

They told me they don't online orders I must walk in and order whats available. So when i asked them to assist me with this online thing because i saw a special and the guy who was the told me he wont assist so i then asked him if he is doing customer service he should assist me when im failing thats when they stated yelling at me and calling cops for only because they cant assist me. What a bad service.

I always use Watergate because i leave near there. I dont wish to see the at that store. I will not enjoy my meal if i get served by them.

Yolanda Ntonga who is one of the staff there saw the pain i was in and she came from the front to assist me. Thats to her.
