Bad service

Visited KFC in nanaga today. All we wanted to buy was 2 cones. Only to get to the front desk and hear that they don't have an ice cream machine. Nowhere is that indicated. They advertise it on the menu. When I complained, the assistant looked the other way. That's after we waited long in a short queue because they all looked tired and uninterested. Absolutely poor service, im not impressed. It's my wife's birthday and I wanted to buy some cones. Please let KFC know that im not a loafer and I Wil spread this message far and wide about their **** service.
