Bad Service, Attitude and Misinformation about not selling products on the menu

Bad bad bad service. For the past 2 weeks I went to both KFC in Mams mall, Mamelodi Denlyn and Silverton , wanted a small thing Verryberry, I got the same excuse everyday. For the past 2 weeks no ice ice, this is absurd and very *********** of KFC. What used to be a friendly fast food outlet is not a nightmare and the customer service is ridiculous. If you no longer sell Verryberry, please remove it from your menus, I am so angry.

The excuse we get is the machine for the ice cream is broken and no ice cream, Yet they sell Milkshake. The lady at Silverton even laughed at us, you will not hear the end of this, All my family and relatives will never ever support this joke of an establishment, What a disgrace
