Bad service at Westgate Mall

In all the times that I've visited the KFC in Westgate Mall I've never received good service and the employees have really bad attitude.<br> <br> Today I ordered a streetwise 2 and wings, I didn't wait for my order because I'm very aware of their slow service so I went to do some shopping. After the shopping I went back to take my order only to have Charne give me bad attitude and tell me she called my number long time ago why did I take so long to fetch it. As I was in a rush to get home I just took my order and left. When I got home and opened the parcel I found that they did not give me a streetwise 2 which I paid for but I got 2 pieces of chicken and pap which I don't eat. I did not have time or petrol to drive back to complain.<br> <br> The service at KFC Westgate is a big problem. They also don't open on time. I went there on a Saturday to buy breakfast the time was 9:15 the doors were closed. They were still cleaning. When I knocked to find out what's going on they said they'll open when they are done. The trading hours on the doors specifically say open from 9:00.<br> <br> I go to KFC all the time but I must say the service at Westgate Mall is by far the worst. Something needs to be done.
