Bad service at such called development inThembokwezi KFC

<p>On Monday last week we went to KFC in Thembokwezi mall. To buy breakfast @ 08:10. We were told that the KFC opens at 08:00 however, they are not ready to serve us. The lady was busy cleaning the floor. Today we went to buy coffee and was told the coffee machine does not work. What is the point of having such "development" if no services are being provided? The staff is rude no apologies whatsoever for the inconvenience. KFC please intervene you are a brand!</p>
