BAD SERVICE AT PLATTEKLOOF KFC

Since this branch is near to our home, we visit there quite often (at least 10 times a month), but each time we are bitterly disappointed. They have NEVER gotten our order right - usually it's small things like the wrong sauce on a burger, and we usually let it slide because let's face it, the hustle and bustle of a fast food restaurant can get confusing, and we are forgiving people. The last time we visited, however, was the last straw for my family and I. They not only got the sauces on the burgers and no garnish orders completely messed up, but they LEFT FOOD OUT. This is absolutely unacceptable! If we hadn't been used to the incorrect orders each time and prone to check the packet before we leave, we would have driven all the way home only to find out that one person out of the four would have had nothing to eat. My boyfriend went in and when he opened the burger boxes saw that every burger had the wrong sauce on, another had garnish when we asked for none, another order had been a meal - which was repeated to us twice, but only the burger came in the box. He was furious and utterly disgusted at the constant string of bad service. He ended up paying extra for the food left out.
