Bad service at Pinetown KFC

I was at KFC here in Pinetown at 13:00. Ordered an all star box (R60) and waited until 13:45 for my order while people who were behind me got their orders and left before me. I asked one guy who had taken my slip, what was going on with my order. He just said it's coming n sorry. I waited then I got my order N left. When I was eating I realized the guy gave me a wrapstabox which is (R50). I just gave my lunch away to a colleague coz I don't even like the Roti. Unfortunately I couldn't go back to KFC coz my lunch time was already over. What a bad service. The KFC I'm talking about is the one on Old Main Rd by McDonald's. I should have went to McDonald's.
