BAD SERVICE AT KINGSWAY KFC

<p>I went to KFC in Kingsway at my lunch time, I ordered Streetwise and a Creamball. The Cashier Selina attended to the other customers as I was waiting for my order. I kept on asking them why are they giving customers streetwise two while I was waiting for mine as they found me there. The cashier did not bother to explain to me what is happening to my food. I asked several times and no one bothered to attend to me. Worse they kept my Ice Cream opened, it was lying in there melting. I asked for manager, he comes and tells me but they giving out orders. I tried to explain that I waited for over 20 minutes for a simple streetwise 2. I never got the Ice Cream because it was already melting and it was pointless to eat it like that.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a bad service.</p>
