Bad service @ kfc zastron

Got the worst service at the drive thru at kfc zastron earlier,pulled up at the drive thru to place an order,the lady said she couldn't hear me ,so I switched off my car ,and repeated my order twice so she could confirm it,but she switched off her microphone,wait for20 minutes in the queue as there were cars behind me just to get to the window, when I finally got to the cashier she **** and said inever pla ed an order. If u want service this is not the kfc to visit as the service is poor
