BAD SERVICE AT KFC WESTRIDGE CNR OF WESTPOORT AND PARK AVENUE

The service at KFC Westridge corner of Westpoort and Park Avenue street is terrible and slow. I ordered at the drive thru 10 zinger wings and the cashier told me it would take 4 min waiting time I need to wait in the parking lot she will bring my order to me. Been waiting for 15 minutes now then I decided to go inside the kfc and check what is up and the reason for my order taking this long. They are *********** and extremely slow. Short staffed and have careless attitudes towards customers. I was not the only one waiting this long on a order and eventually 2 other customers demanded a refund for waiting long on their order. It is absolutely ridiculous because this is a brand new kfc that opened 1 month ago. Highly recommend not going to this kfc. Waste of time!
