Bad service at KFC WESTGATE MALL

On 2019-10-09 I visited KFC Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain with my wife. I placed my order and waited. After 10min waiting numbers after my order was called. I smelled a rat and enquired...my order was there all the time. On checking I found the order to be wrong no Hawaiian Burger. The girl took the burger and went out of sight to reappear a min later and told me she simply just added the pineapple. Yak. SUPER BAD SERVICE. WON'T RECOMMEND THAT KFC TO ANYONE.
