Bad service at KFC tshepiso shopping centre sharpeville

It’s been countless times going to KFC in tshepiso shopping centre in sharpeville and being told that they don’t have coke and if I won’t add R10 to my meals I would rather take the meal as it is or leave it. Today I sent my brother to buy 7 box meals and he was told to add R10 for each box because they don’t have cup cokes or leave it. It has now happened over and over that he has been given bad attitude .
