Bad service at KFC Taung

I came into the store, placed an order and my transaction was processed at 12:57 only to receive my order 13:55. The problem is the system of handing out the orders to customers which is not in order as the workers were not bothered by that and no sign of empathy was shown to us but only those who are known the store. This was one of the horrible service I've ever received at KFC Taung, in North West and I decided not to keep quiet about this anymore.
