Bad service at KFC Southgate

Terrible service at KFC Southgate. Waiting for more than 15 minutes in the queue and when you get to the teller you being told there's is no chicken. Where is the decency of showing respect to customers by telling them in advance that you ran out of chicken. Annoying !
