Bad service at KFC Rhodesdene Kimberley

I don't even wanted to give a star. The only reason I did was to write this review. We visited KFC at 26 Carters road, Rhodesdene, Kimberley on the 7 July 2024 we have in past supported them and had no issues but this time around we were really disappointed. First the shop was very quiet there were only 3 other customers in the shop but this made no difference in the service that we did not receive there were 3 employees that was not doing anything just standing around not assisting us to place our order eventually one of the ladies came to the counter to assist us her first response was not to greet us but to ask cash or card with a very rude attitude. As soon as this happened we felt that she did not want to help us and that she made the suggestion that we would not be able to afford to pay for the order we weren't even able to place due to her not taking our order first and then ask us cash or card. When my boyfriend asked her if we may place our order first before she asks cash or card she just stood there not replying anything this made my boyfriend decide to leave the shop, I then spoke to a worker who asked me what happened she was standing next to me at the counter and I then explained to her what happened I have no idea is she is a manager or what her role was but she did not apologize or assist us in any way. We then simply left the shop and were very disappointed by how she treated us. We went to steers at Monument Centre were Lerato Lesenyo helped us she greeted us with a smile and then we placed our order then she asked cash or card? Like we are use to when going to any take away or restaurant. Although there is a KFC at this centre we were so upset we weren't even in the mood to order food at any KFC. Therefore we decided to support Steers and we were very impressed with the service and food. Please can the owner of Rhodesdene give his staff training in how to treat customers!
