Bad service at KFC Queenstown 4

I visited your branch in Queenstown (Queenstown 4) on 06/12/2019 at around 21:48. There was no cashier to assist and othet customers were waiting to get their orders. An employee by the name Uviwe, came from the back and started taking out orders to customers who have been waiting. She called order 144. Two other female employees (Sihle and Weziwe) came to assist Uviwe with taking out orders. Non of them cared to man the till to assist me, they made jokes and laughed. Uviwe went to the back again. I eventually asked Sihle and Weziwe why there isn't a cashier, why are they both taking out orders...... They ignored me and called Uviwe and one of them uttered the following words "uze ngo'betha" which in lame man's terms means "he is here to fight /beat us up". I eventually got assisted by Sihle on Uviwe's till (Order #150). I know that it is not my place but isn't this a serious breach of company policy? Working on someone else's till with or without their knowledge. This shows that Uviwe didn't lock her till....

It is sad that KFC is associated with such individuals who have no regard to customers. Have no sense of urgency.

If I ever visit Queenstown again, I will not visit this particular branch again...
