bad service at Kfc nquthu

I was in kfc nquthu to buy lunch yesterday 8th april at approx 15h00 and was served by dudu the cashier. I waited for my order and when I saw my receipt number on the screen I approached her and asked her for my order. I was ignored by her. I then asked the manager sphiwe for assistance ans was also ignored by her. I was abput to leave when I overheard the cashier dudu telling sphiwe that I this indian is full of **** which I cannot accept. This is now the second complaint about this franchise and I am not happy with the manner in which I was treated. Something needs to be done about their attitude towards customers
