Bad service at kfc meyerton

The worst kfc is the one in Meyerton. First whe phone the store and a lady has an attitude to say whe must phone a other number. When whe phone the delivery number you can bearly hear the lady and must repeat the number 10 times. After a half an hour the store phone back and say there is no gravy. After complaining they phone back and say there is gravy but no containers to put the gravy in. After speaking to the manager she says that she will put the sauce in a cup but if there is no sauce left that will be my problem. Really!!!!! It is not the first time experiencing bad survice from them. They can close down for the bad service!!!!!!! ????????????????
