Bad service at KFC Lebowakgomo Zone F

8 days ago I went to KFC branch in Lebowakgomo Zone F and I was treated very bad. Firstly, the drive thru was not working. Secondly after placing an order I was referred to another lady by the name of Keletso whom, after taking my slip she asked if I knew that espresso that I have ordered its quantity is a tot. I asked her why are you asking me that question and she rep**** that she wanted to know. Then I I asked her if she thinks that I have ordered something that I didn't know and she couldn't answer me. I told her where to get off and then when she gave me my order she just pushed it to me on the counter. When I left she made a remark which I couldn't hear what was about but her colleagues started laughing. This kind of behavior I cannot tolarate. I complained through their customer service electronically and to date, there's no response.
