Bad service at KFC Kwanobuhle

I just went to KFC Kwanobuhle. I went to the drive thru,i was told they are busy cashing up at the drive thru, I must go and buy inside. I don't understand because the purpose of going to the drive thru is to avoid the long wait and queue and it is not stipulates they have different hours for the drive thru
