Bad service at KFC Hillcrest
I bought 4 twisters (different flavours), they were not identified (the box strip was not torn to identify the flavour), they got our drink orders mixed up and when we asked them to swap, they did so with attitude and we had asked for no ice and they put ice in. The point of a drive through is convenience but we ended up having to stop the car to open each twister and check the flavour. We were very unhappy with the complacent attitude of the drive through staff that morning.
