bad service at KFC goodwood

On arrival at the drive through staff member Nicole was very abrupt. She could not even greet us. I ordered a box master meal but specifically asked for the original fillet opposed to the Zinger. When collecting the food we asked the guy who handed the food to us if it was an original box master, he answered yes it was. We didn't bother to check as we did ask as send he said it was original. When we got home to eat I was horribly surprised by what I had received. It was the zinger box master, which I cannot eat. I did not bother to go back as at that stage I was so angry. You ask for something and you make sure they get it right but they still get it wrong. Every time we go to this KFC we receive such bad service. It's unacceptable.
