Bad Service at KFC Germiston

I came into Germiston kfc by Jack and Victoria street today earlier Saturday 12 November 2022 at 10:00 ordered street wise two and Krusher-Oreo the teller by name Asanda said oreo was not available I paid for streetwise two I waited for ten order .i saw someone get krusher oreo from drive thru. I asked the teller as now Asanda had left the teller : why I was told there krusher Oreo is not available and I was not treated well the next teller want to cover up I paid for the krusher oreo even this teller was rude asking me to pay but I had paid and had the slip for the krusher I requested for supervisor or manager as I clearly saw that I am being undermined and this person does not understand customer complaint then the supervisor came after a cook came to ask what's wrong as I started to raise my voice the guy told me she was at the receiving area he wilĺ go call her then when supervisor came she Starr wrong by saying I am making noise when management will want report it's her who will be responsible so she listen to my story and offered me a free krusher oreo I told her I paid already I needed her to resolve the dispute well it seems she does not gave the skills hence I an here to follow procedure before I escalate this to consumer protection department by the ombudsman. I am not happy with customer service at this branch Kind Regards Billy Sigudla
