Bad service at KFC Empire Road

Your employees are quite rude, I was using the drive through today. They don’t greet and are quick to tell you to drive off I was not done ordering my food, and when I asked the lady who was assisting us she said “TIME”…This implies that they don’t care about customer satisfaction but their timer. The worst part is that there wasn’t any car behind us, when we drove to pick up our order we confirmed with the lady if this is the correct order “mentioning what we ordered” she nodded with her head with a very not so nice facial expression, and only to find out that the order was wrong!!
