Bad service at KFC Dawn park

On the 31 of August 2023... bought 2 rebster box meal...spoke to the lady by name of Lebo at the till...showed her what we got and she answered and said she did not prepare the meal...I went and wrote an email to their complains department...even called and send the pics as well as the receipt. Till this day no Area manager called me, no store manager called me. We work for the money we use, and we expect to get what we see on your promotion or slides that you have in your stores. I am very disappointed and want the are manager to contact me as soon as possible. I've left my number on your call center. Your urgent response will be highly appreciated.
