Bad service at KFC Cosmo city

I went to KFC in Cosmo city Extension 5 cnr South Africa drive and United States of America,I stand on a long queue around 20 h15 and when I get to the counter a cashier told me there is no Chicken so I can't get my 9 pieces I drove for ,for more than 6 kilometers,I asked to see a manager Gloria the manager came and confirmed that they are not making chicken anymore as they are knocking off at 21 h00 ,I feel this is not fair to us customers to receive that kind of service,the lady couldn't apologize or say something or atleast show me an alternative product to buy ,I don't think I will ever go to KFC in Cosmo city anymore I had to spend another petrol to KFC in Northgate to get only 9 pieces
