Bad Service at KFC

I received bad service from a KFC Mandalay on the 13/09/2020.

I decided to go on their website and submitted a complaint, which they responded with ref: CAS-578026-H3M6D1 YUM:***, they asked for my number.

I gave them my contact number 3 times already and still nothing
