Bad service at KFC carletonville mall

Went to KFC in gold reef mall carletonville to buy a meal for my family I was with my mom we went through the drive thru stood there for some time while listening to the cashier(Tshegofatso) having a conversation with her colleague she then asked to take my order once she was done but she sounded like she was bored we went through to the next window we're she handed me a swiping machine without even greeting once done with the payment I waited for the slip she gave it to me without saying anything That is when I asked if she was stressed she rep**** she said she has a shortage I asked if it was a reason for the bad service she was giving me she rep**** yes and I told her how important it is to give good service in her line of work she then said sorry without even looking at me in the eyes it was not sincere at all so I asked for the manager a lady by the name of Tshidi came I explained to her what happened she asked her to apologize she apologized in the same manner that is when I asked for a refund and had to drive to another KFC which cost me more money iv never been so angry Tshegofatso's service was way below kfcs standard it was disgusting.
